Education & Experience Requirements:
- Bachelorโs Degree (advanced degree a plus)
- 10+ years in the pharmaceuticals industry (4 years of Sales Management preferred)
- Fewer than 3 years of leadership experience may be considered for the Associate DSM position
- Specialty experience preferred: CNS, psychiatry, schizophrenia, bipolar or depression (other specialty experience considered)
- Demonstrated ability to recruit, retain, and develop high-performing specialty sales teams
- Documented high performance of sales and leadership track record
- Driverโs license and clean driving history
- Ability to secure and maintain industry-standard credentialing for healthcare providers, customer facilities, and state/local governments
- Ability to build and sustain positive relationships
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal skills
- Strong analytical and business acumen
- Must reside near a major airport within the district
- Ability to maintain effectiveness and flexibility in an innovative work environment
- Experience in small company/start-up environments
- Ability to travel up to 75%
