Education & Experience Requirements
- Bachelorโs Degree; advanced degree a plus.
- 10+ years in the pharmaceuticals industry; 4 years of Sales Management preferred.
- Fewer than 3 years of leadership experience may be considered for the Associate DSM position.
- Specialty experience preferred: CNS, psychiatry, schizophrenia, bipolar, or depression (other specialty experience considered).
- Driverโs license and clean driving history.
- Ability to secure and maintain industry-standard credentialing requirements of healthcare providers, customer facilities, and state/local governments.
- Must reside near a major airport within the district.
- Ability to travel up to 75%.

- Excellent people management/supervisory skills; recruit, retain, develop, coach, lead, and mentor specialty sales representatives.

- Strong analytical and business acumen.
- Ability to maintain effectiveness and flexibility in an innovative work environment; experience in small company/start-up environments.
