Neuroscience District Sales Manager (Psychiatry) - Cincinnati District

Education & Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree; advanced degree a plus.
- 10+ years in the pharmaceuticals industry; 4 years of Sales Management preferred.
- Candidates with fewer than 3 years of leadership experience may be considered for the Associate DSM position.
- Specialty experience preferred: CNS, psychiatry, schizophrenia, bipolar or depression (other specialty experience considered).

Role Responsibilities / Qualifications:
- Recruit, retain, and develop a high-performing team of specialty sales representatives.
- Demonstrated high performance track record in sales and leadership.
- Secure and maintain industry-standard credentialing for healthcare providers, customer facilities, and state/local governments.
- Build and sustain positive relationships.
- Ability to secure and maintain reasonable credentialing requirements.
- Reside near a major airport within the district.

- Driver’s license and clean driving history.
- Ability to travel up to 75%; flexibility in innovative/start-up environments.
