Role Summary

Neuroscience District Sales Manager (Psychiatry) – Carolinas District.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team of specialty sales representatives in the neuroscience/psychiatry space within the Carolinas district.
  • Recruit, retain, and grow high-performing sales talent; coach and mentor the team to achieve sales objectives.
  • Build and sustain positive relationships with healthcare providers, facilities, and stakeholders; ensure credentialing requirements are met.
  • Develop and execute district-level sales strategies; monitor performance and implement improvements as needed.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to drive product adoption and market share in CNS/psychiatry indications.
  • Manage administrative and leadership responsibilities, including travel up to 75% as required.

Qualifications

  • Required: Bachelor's Degree; advanced degree a plus.
  • Required: 10+ years in the pharmaceutical industry with 4 years of sales management experience; leadership track record demonstrated.
  • Preferred: Specialty experience in CNS, psychiatry, schizophrenia, bipolar or depression; other relevant specialties considered.
  • Required: Ability to recruit, retain, and develop a high-performing specialty sales team.
  • Required: Valid driver’s license and clean driving history; ability to secure and maintain credentialing for healthcare providers and facilities.
  • Required: Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication; ability to build and sustain positive relationships.
  • Required: Strong analytical and business acumen; proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Required: Must reside near a major airport within the district; ability to travel up to 75%.
