What You’ll Do
- Engage and educate account decision-makers, HCPs, and support personnel to facilitate patient access and reimbursement for postpartum depression (PPD) therapy.
- Educate stakeholders on successful script submission, sending scripts to the proper pharmacy, navigating prior authorization, and setting fulfillment expectations for PPD patients.
- Identify opportunities to improve fulfillment processes.
- Serve as SME for reimbursement, distribution options, and public/private payer coverage criteria.
- Collaborate with NAMs, Trade, Payer, and Patient Services to resolve script fulfillment issues (e.g., specialty pharmacy, access/reimbursement management) in a timely manner.
- Lead virtual and in-person access and reimbursement presentations using national/local payer trends and pharmacy benefit practices.
- Provide technical and practical reimbursement guidance as regional reimbursement resource to prevent/resolve reimbursement issues.

Qualifications
- BA/BS required (Business Administration, Communications, Healthcare Management, or Marketing preferred).
- 7+ years access and reimbursement experience; track record across field reimbursement, clinical education, or pharmaceutical account management with significant payer/reimbursement support (emphasis: limited distribution networks and controlled substances).
- Strong understanding of reimbursement models (coding, coverage, payment) including Commercial and Medicaid benefit designs and ability to locate coverage policies.
- Advanced expertise with e-Prescribing and prior authorization.
- Specialty Pharmacy, HUB and/or patient service model experience; financial assistance program experience.
- Proactive problem-solver; excellent interpersonal skills; manage multiple evolving priorities.
- Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Remote role; travel required (virtual and in-person).

Compensation & Benefits (selected)
- Base compensation range: $170,000.00–$234,000.00.
