Neuropsych Sales Specialist
Responsibilities
- Build rapport and relationships with regional team members and key external contacts (HCPs and entire office staff).
- Provide healthcare product demonstrations, physician detailing, and product in-servicing.
- Consult with physicians, nurses, and medical office staff to promote products and provide product/patient education.
- Strategically manage and grow key account relationships by tailoring solutions to unique needs to meet sales targets.
- Review and analyze sales data to create territory plans and utilize promotional budget funds.
- Address external market challenges and collaborate internally to drive sales strategies.
- Work with cross-functional teams to achieve shared objectives.
- Maintain call average per sales plan (face-to-face with top target customers).
- Apply problem-solving techniques to improve performance in the assigned geography.
- Adhere to company compliance policies and guidelines.
- Achieve sales goals, objectives, and complete required administrative duties.
Qualifications (Required/Preferred)
- Bachelorβs degree (preferably related field).
- At least 1 year of full-time documented business-to-business sales experience; pharmaceutical sales strongly preferred.
- Proven accomplishments in the market; strong interpersonal and written/oral communication skills.
- Ability to interact with HCPs face-to-face and virtually; proficient with technology.
- Preferred: knowledge of reimbursement/managed care/marketing; new product launch and broad therapeutic area experience.
- Must pass background, motor, and drug screening; valid US driverβs license.
- Sales Specialist min 1 year; Executive Sales Specialist min 7 years (level depends on experience/performance).
Travel: Regular travel (may include air and weekend/overnight). Ideally live near Knoxville, Chattanooga, or Dayton.
Compensation/Benefits (as stated)
- Starting salary: $88,000β$160,000 annually; eligible for sales incentive plan.
- Benefits include health insurance, 401(k) match/defined contribution, and paid time off.
