Neuropsych Sales Specialist (Territory: Southfield, Hamtramck, Detroit, Grosse Ile, Taylor, Southgate, Newport, New Boston, Romulus, Dearborn, Redford)
Responsibilities:
- Build rapport and relationships with HCPs and office staff across all levels.
- Provide product demonstrations, physician detailing, and in-servicing.
- Consult with physicians, nurses, and medical office staff; provide product and patient education.
- Strategically manage and grow key account relationships; tailor solutions to unique needs to achieve sales targets.
- Review/analyze sales data to develop territory plans and use promotional budget.
- Maintain a call average per sales plan (face-to-face with top target customers).
- Address external market challenges and collaborate cross-functionally to drive sales strategies.
- Take creative, calculated approaches to improve performance in assigned geography.
- Achieve sales goals and complete required administrative duties.
Qualifications:
- Bachelorβs degree required (preferably related field).
- At least 1 year full-time, documented B2B sales experience; pharmaceutical sales strongly preferred.
Preferred skills/abilities:
- Proven market accomplishments; strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to interact with HCPs face-to-face and virtually; proficient with technology.
- Knowledge of reimbursement/managed care/marketing; new product launch and broad therapeutic area experience preferred.
- Background, motor, and drug screening required.
- Valid US driverβs license and acceptable driving record.
Travel: Regular travel, including possible overnight/weekend travel.
Compensation/benefits (highlights):
- Starting salary: $88,000β$160,000 annually; eligibility for sales incentive plan.
- Comprehensive health insurance (medical/dental/vision/prescription) starting day one (upon enrollment); 401(k) match up to 6%.
