Territory: Colorado Springs, Pueblo, La Junta, Parker, Englewood
Responsibilities:
- Build rapport and relationships with regional team members and key external contacts (HCP and entire office staff)
- Provide healthcare product demonstrations, physician detailing, and in-servicing
- Consult with physicians, nurses, and medical office staff; promote product and provide patient/product education
- Strategically manage and grow key account relationships by tailoring solutions to customer needs; drive product differentiation and achieve sales targets
- Review/analyze sales data to create territory plans and utilize promotional budget funds
- Address external market challenges and collaborate with internal teams to drive cohesive sales strategies
- Work cross-functionally to integrate expertise and meet shared objectives
- Maintain call average per sales plan (face-to-face interactions with top target customers)
- Use problem-solving techniques to improve performance in geographical assignment
- Adhere to compliance policies and guidelines
- Achieve sales performance goals and complete administrative duties
Qualifications:
- Bachelorโs degree required (preferably related field)
- Minimum 1 year documented full-time business-to-business sales experience (pharmaceutical sales strongly preferred)
- Proven accomplishments in the market toward objectives
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills (listening, empathy, communication, inclusivity, feedback)
- Strong written and oral communication
- Ability to interact with HCPs face-to-face and virtually; proficient with technology
- Knowledge of reimbursement/managed care/marketing preferred
- New product launch experience preferred; broad therapeutic area experience preferred
- Pass background, motor, and drug screening
- Valid US driverโs license and acceptable driving record required
- Leveling: Sales Specialist (min 1 year); Executive Sales Specialist (min 7 years)
Travel: Regular travel; may include air and weekend/overnight travel
Salary Range: $88,000โ$160,000 annually; qualifies for participation in company sales incentive plan.
