Role: Regional Patient Access Manager (RPAM) responsible for supporting patient access and pharmacy distribution networks for Neurocrine Biosciences' marketed products in the U.S. Objectives include maximizing patient access, educating healthcare professionals on coverage issues, and maintaining the integrity of the pharmacy distribution network. Responsibilities encompass building relationships with pharmacies and HCPs, providing payer coverage education, supporting electronic prior authorization processes, and collaborating cross-functionally with sales, market access, and HUB teams to resolve coverage barriers. The role also involves vetting pharmacies for distribution network integrity and conducting educational workshops. Qualifications: BS/BA with 6+ years in pharma/biotech, including 2+ years in specialty pharmacy or market access; or a Masterβs/MBA with 4+ years, or PharmD/PhD with 2+ years. Expertise in specialty pharmacy, managed care, PBMs, and payer policies is essential, along with strong communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
