Role: Regional Patient Access Manager (RPAM) responsible for supporting patient access and pharmacy network integrity for Neurocrine Biosciences' marketed products in the U.S. Objectives include maximizing patient access through HCP education, managing relationships with pharmacies, and ensuring distribution network vetting. Responsibilities: provide payer coverage education, facilitate access support services, communicate with specialty pharmacies and HUBs, and monitor distribution network compliance. Collaborate with field sales, market access, and commercial teams to address coverage issues and develop awareness materials. Key duties involve training HCPs on coverage policies, supporting electronic prior authorization processes, and conducting workshops. Qualifications: BS/BA with 6+ years pharma/biotech experience (including 2+ years in specialty pharmacy/market access), or advanced degrees with relevant experience; deep knowledge of managed care, PBMs, government payers, and patient assistance programs. Experience with CNS or specialty products preferred. Skills: excellent communication, problem-solving, project management, and cross-functional collaboration. Ability to travel up to 60% across the US. The position emphasizes industry knowledge, process improvement, and leadership capabilities within a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment. The role is critical for ensuring timely and equitable patient access to neuropharmaceutical therapies.
