About the Role
Responsible for a geographic territory to promote and grow Neurocrine products. Manages and develops long-term relationships with physicians and other customers for targeted accounts in the assigned territory, representing Neurocrine brands and approved indications. Educates external customers (e.g., physicians, nurses, medical assistants, case managers) on product benefits.

Your Contributions
- Sales and Market Development: Drive product acceptance and growth via targeted education and strategic account management; execute territory sales strategies (in-person and virtual) to meet/exceed objectives; identify and address territory-specific opportunities/barriers; manage promotional resources and budget.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build/maintain relationships with healthcare providers (Psychiatrists, Neurologists, NPs, PAs), clinical staff (RNs, LPNs, PharmDs), key opinion leaders/advocacy groups, community mental health clinics/LTC facilities, and local/regional payers and pharmacies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Communicate with internal partners (managed care, Marketing, Patient Access, Medical Science Liaisons, medical communications).
- Professional Standards: Uphold highest ethical standards and compliance with FDA and industry best practices.
- Work Expectations: Full field presence Monday–Friday; occasional evening/weekend events; other duties as assigned.

Requirements
- BS/BA in science or related field + 4+ years commercial pharma/biotech or related experience (3+ years specialty pharma or LTC, Psychology, or Neurology sales highly desired); close-door/specialty pharmacy distribution strongly preferred; psychiatry/neurology/antipsychotic experience strongly preferred.
OR
- Master’s in science or related field + 2+ years related experience.
- Strong healthcare/regulatory knowledge; proven sales/launch success; ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Proficient with business systems/sales platforms and BI tools (e.g., Salesforce, Oracle, SAP, Veeva); strong project management and critical thinking.
- Excellent written/verbal communication; strong account management; ability to navigate complex accounts.
- Reside within assigned territory; valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Benefits/Compensation (as stated)
- Annual base salary: $123,100.00–$168,000.00.
- Eligible for quarterly incentive compensation and equity long-term incentive.
