About the Role
Responsible for a specific geographic territory and the successful promotion and growth of Neurocrine products. Manages and develops long-term relationships with physicians and other customers for targeted accounts; represents Neurocrine brand(s) and approved indications; educates external customers (e.g., physicians, nurses, medical assistants, case managers) on benefits of product(s).

Your Contributions (include, but are not limited to)
- Sales and Market Development
- Drives product acceptance and growth through targeted education and strategic account management
- Executes territory sales strategies (in-person and virtual) to meet/exceed objectives
- Identifies and addresses territory-specific opportunities and barriers
- Manages promotional resources and budget
- Customer Relationship Management
- Builds and maintains relationships with healthcare providers, clinical staff, key opinion leaders/advocacy groups, community mental health clinics/LTC facilities, and local/regional payers and pharmacies
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Coordinates with managed care, Marketing, Patient Access, Medical Science Liaisons, and medical communications
- Professional Standards
- Upholds ethical standards, including FDA guidelines and pharmaceutical industry best practices; demonstrates integrity and compliance
- Work Expectations
- Full field presence Monday–Friday; flexibility for occasional evening/weekend events; other duties as assigned

Requirements
- BS/BA in science or related field AND 4+ years commercial pharma/biotech or related experience; 3+ years specialty pharma or LTC, Psychology, or Neurology sales (highly desired). Close-door/specialty pharmacy distribution strongly preferred. Psychiatry/neurology/antipsychotic experience strongly preferred.
- OR Master’s in science or related field AND 2+ years similar experience.
- Knowledge of best practices; understanding of healthcare regulatory/enforcement environments; proven sales objective/launch success; strong computer skills and proficiency with sales platforms/business intelligence tools (e.g., Salesforce.com, Oracle, SAP, Veeva); excellent project management; strong analytical and communication skills; ability to navigate complex accounts; results-oriented with high ethical standards.
- Job-specific: Reside within assigned territory geographic area; valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
