Primary Responsibilities:
- Execute and promote products aligned to sales strategy in the assigned territory.
- Collaborate with the District Sales Manager on day-to-day sales and product promotion strategy.
- Analyze local market; develop, execute, and monitor performance to maximize appropriate product use in defined territory.
- Maintain current product, disease, competitive, and market reimbursement knowledge.
- Determine, implement, and monitor optimal resource allocation (budgets, time, etc.) within assigned territory.
- Communicate persuasively using advanced selling and negotiation skills to identified target audiences.
- Identify, build, and leverage advocacy channels.
- Secure product access and reimbursement within institutional systems as needed.
- Manage travel and promotional budget.
- Complete required monitoring and reporting (expenses and call reporting) using approved systems.
- Maintain full compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Meet industry-standard healthcare provider/facility/state credentialing requirements.
Education & Experience Requirements:
- BS or BA with GPA > 3.0.
- Valid driverβs license and clean driving history.
- Self-starter; goal- and results-driven with proven above-average results.
- βHunterβ mentality; ability to sell and compete.
- Strong relationships and territory knowledge (preferred).
- Ability to travel (including overnights); out-of-territory travel may be required.
- Work hours may include meetings outside normal working hours.
- Must reside within territory geography.
