Role Summary

Neurology Account Manager or Associate Neurology Account Manager position in St. Louis, MO. Focused on delivering value to customers through differentiated products and services within the neuroscience portfolio.

Responsibilities

  • Execute and promote products in alignment to sales strategy in the assigned territory.
  • Collaborate with the District Sales Manager on day-to-day sales and strategy direction related to product promotion.
  • Analyze local market, develop, execute, and monitor performance to maximize product use in the territory.
  • Maintain knowledge of product, disease, competitive landscape, and market reimbursement.
  • Determine and monitor resource allocation (budgets, time, etc.) within the territory.
  • Communicate effectively using advanced selling and negotiation skills to identified audiences.
  • Identify, build, and leverage advocacy channels.
  • Secure product access and reimbursement within institutional systems as needed.
  • Manage travel and promotional budget.
  • Fulfill monitoring and reporting requirements including expenses and call reporting using approved systems.
  • Maintain compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Meet credentialing requirements of healthcare providers and facilities as needed.
  • Complete ad-hoc projects as needed.

Qualifications

  • BS or BA with GPA greater than 3.0.
  • Valid driverβ€šΓ„Γ΄s license and a clean driving history.
  • Self-starter with goal- and results-driven track record.
  • Hunter mentality with ability to compete and drive sales.
  • Strong relationships and knowledge of the territory preferred.
  • Ability to travel (may include overnights); possible travel to HQs, training, and meetings.
  • Work hours may include meetings outside of normal hours.
  • Must reside within the territory geography.

Additional Requirements

  • Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record; ability to operate a vehicle for local, regional, and overnight travel.
