Primary Responsibilities
- Execute and promote products in alignment with sales strategy in the assigned territory.
- Collaborate with the District Sales Manager on day-to-day sales and product promotion activities.
- Analyze the local market and develop, execute, and monitor performance to maximize product use in the territory.
- Maintain current knowledge of products, disease, competitive landscape, and market reimbursement.
- Determine, implement, and monitor optimal resource allocation (budgets, time, etc.) within the territory.
- Use advanced selling and negotiation skills to communicate effectively with target audiences.
- Identify, build, and leverage advocacy channels.
- Secure product access and reimbursement within institutional systems as needed.
- Manage travel and promotional budget.
- Complete required monitoring and reporting (expenses and call reporting) using approved systems.
- Maintain full compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Meet industry-standard credentialing requirements for healthcare providers and customer facilities.
- Additional ad-hoc projects as needed.
Education & Experience / Qualifications
- BS or BA with GPA > 3.0.
- Valid driverโs license and clean driving history.
- Self-starter; goal- and results-driven with a proven track record of above-average results.
- โHunterโ mentality and ability to sell and compete.
- Strong relationships and territory knowledge (preferred).
- Ability to travel (may include overnights) and attend out-of-territory HQ/training/sales meetings.
- Must reside within territory geography.

- Highly clinical, patient-centric, tactical; strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication.
- Ability to navigate complex markets/organizations.
- Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and adjust quickly.
