Primary Responsibilities
- Execute and promote products aligned to sales strategy in the assigned territory.
- Collaborate with the District Sales Manager on day-to-day sales and product promotion strategy.
- Analyze the local market and develop, execute, and monitor performance to maximize appropriate product use.
- Maintain current knowledge of product, disease, competition, and market reimbursement.
- Determine, implement, and monitor optimal resource allocation (budgets, time, etc.) within the territory.
- Communicate persuasively using advanced selling and negotiation skills to targeted audiences.
- Identify, build, and leverage advocacy channels.
- Secure product access and reimbursement within institutional systems as needed.
- Manage travel and the promotional budget.
- Complete required monitoring and reporting (expenses and call reporting) using approved systems.
- Maintain compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Meet industry-standard healthcare provider/customer facility/state/local credentialing requirements; complete ad-hoc projects as needed.
Education & Experience Requirements
- BS or BA with GPA greater than 3.0.
- Valid driverβs license and clean driving history.
- Self-starter with goal/results-driven, above-average results track record.
- Hunter mentality to sell and compete.
- Strong relationships and territory knowledge preferred.
- Ability to travel (may include overnights); may require out-of-territory travel to HQs, training, and meetings; work hours may include outside normal hours; must reside within territory geography.

- Highly clinical, patient-centric, tactical; excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication.
- Ability to navigate complex markets/organizations; strong work ethic and organizational skills.
