The Neurology Account Director (NAD) is a field-based institutional key account role responsible for launching and driving ongoing commercial performance of Regeneron’s C5 inhibitor for generalized myasthenia gravis (gMG) across ~10–12 assigned academic medical centers (AMCs) infusion centers and neuromuscular specialty centers.

Responsibilities:
- Own/manage ~10–12 accounts; serve as institutional commercial lead.
- Build and execute institution account plans (formulary strategy, stakeholder mapping, competitive positioning, patient access pathways).
- Navigate P&T committees, pharmacy contracting, hospital administration, and infusion operations.
- Build relationships with neurology heads, treating neurologists, clinical pharmacists, infusion nurses, and medical directors.
- Lead formulary and pathway submissions; present to P&T committees for preferred/unrestricted status.
- Partner with Market Access and Payer Account Directors to align contracting and resolve prior authorization barriers.
- Coordinate with specialty pharmacy partners and Patient Services hub to support buy-and-bill reimbursement workflows.
- Track formulary/pull-through KPIs; escalate systemic issues with data-driven recommendations.
- Engage KOLs; represent at AAN/MGFA and relevant medical/institutional events.
- Maintain CRM/account intelligence; report KPIs; prepare quarterly business reviews.

Qualifications (Required):
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 10–12+ years institutional sales/market access/account management in pharma/biotech.
- Experience with AMC/hospital formulary processes, P&T committee engagement, and buy-and-bill contracting.
- Clinical acumen; ability to engage multiple stakeholders independently.
- Travel 60–70% within assigned territory; reside within territory.

Preferred:
- PharmD/RN/advanced life sciences degree; rare disease/neurology/specialty biologics launch experience.
- Complement biology/neuromuscular/C5–FcRn inhibitor market experience; infusion biologic launch experience.
- Specialty pharmacy hub, patient assistance, prior authorization knowledge; Part B/ASP/buy-and-bill understanding.
