Role Summary

NeuroHealth Sales Specialist - Oklahoma City role within a psychiatry-focused sales team responsible for the performance of a long-acting injectable therapy for schizophrenia and promotion of existing Psychiatry products in the Oklahoma City area. The role requires compliant, ethical performance, alignment with organizational objectives, and effective communication to deliver value while upholding company culture and values.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve all sales performance goals and objectives for geographic assignment
  • Demonstrate a collaborative sales approach and coordinate efforts between sales leadership, other sales teams, market access, sales operations, and training
  • Develop effective business plans to meet and exceed territory-level sales goals; identify key opportunities across different care settings
  • Build rapport and relationships with employees and external contacts (e.g., HCPs and office staff) at all levels by understanding needs and responding appropriately
  • Provide healthcare product demonstrations, physician detailing, and in-servicing of products to current and potential customers
  • Consult with physicians, nurses, and medical office staff to promote product and provide product and patient education
  • Maintain a call average as outlined in the sales plan, focusing on top target customers
  • Apply traditional and non-traditional problem-solving techniques to improve performance and company effectiveness
  • Adhere to all Teva compliance policies and guidelines

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Pharmaceutical sales experience preferred; experience in psychiatric therapeutic areas strongly preferred
  • Track record of achieving sales goals and building strong customer relationships
  • Experience launching products in the psychiatric space across multiple settings of care

Skills

  • Ability to interact with customers in live and virtual environments; proficient with technology
  • Understanding of reimbursement coverage and pull-through strategies across settings of business (CMHC, specialty pharmacy, private practice)
  • Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of reimbursement, managed care, or marketing; strong written and verbal communication
  • Experience calling on community mental health centers (CMHC) is a plus
  • Ability to travel as required (overnight/weekend travel possible)
  • Valid US driver's license and acceptable driving record
  • Ability to pass background, motor, and drug screening
  • Occasional lifting up to 20 pounds
