Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales performance goals for assigned territory; promote approved long-acting injectable and existing Psychiatry products in Atlanta W, GA.
- Coordinate with sales leadership and internal teams (market access, sales operations, training) and develop business plans to meet/exceed territory sales goals.
- Sell in different settings of care; identify key opportunities.
- Build relationships with HCPs and office staff; provide product demonstrations, physician detailing, and in-servicing.
- Consult with physicians, nurses, and office staff to promote products and provide product/patient education.
- Maintain call average per sales plan with face-to-face interactions targeting top customers.
- Solve problems creatively to improve performance and company effectiveness.
- Adhere to compliance policies and guidelines.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelorโ€™s degree required.
- Full-time documented B2B sales experience preferred.
- Pharmaceutical sales experience preferred; psychiatric therapeutic area experience strongly preferred.
- Record of achieving sales goals and building customer relationships.
- Experience launching psychiatric-space products across multiple settings of care.

Skills/Requirements:
- Ability to interact with customers in live/virtual settings; proficient with technology.
- Understanding of reimbursement coverage and pull-through; experience across CMHC, specialty pharmacy, private practice.
- Leadership/interpersonal skills; strong written/verbal communication.
- Reimbursement/managed care/marketing knowledge preferred.
- Travel as required (overnight/weekend); valid US driverโ€™s license; pass background/motor/drug screening; occasional lifting up to 20 lbs.

Experience Level:
- Sales Specialist: minimum 1 year B2B sales.
- Executive Sales Specialist: minimum 7 years B2B sales.
