Regional Sales Manager (RSM) – NeuroHealth (Bay Area/Sacramento)
Essential Responsibilities:
- Identify, recruit, coach, and retain top talent for the Teva NeuroHealth sales team.
- Coach others on regional business focus areas (settings of care, payer/pull-through opportunities) and ensure flawless execution of marketing strategy.
- Develop business plans to meet/exceed regional sales goals.
- Coach/train on settings of care to identify key opportunities.
- Coordinate across sales leadership, other sales teams, market access, sales operations, and training.
- Ensure compliance with Teva compliance guidelines and operate with integrity.
- Review weekly/monthly data reports to identify trends and plan responses.
- Coach teams on territory call plan execution and brand strategy execution.
- Spend 90+ days in the field supporting local sales representatives.
- Ideal candidate lives in the designated region.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 5 years pharmaceutical sales experience, pharmaceutical management experience, or equivalent headquarters experience.
- Proven record of achieving goals; experience coaching and developing effective teams.
Skills/Knowledge:
- Interact with customers in live/virtual environments; proficient with technology.
- Reimbursement coverage/pull-through strategies; experience across settings (CMHC, specialty pharmacy, private practice).
- Proven written and verbal communication.
- Valid US driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
Travel/Territory:
- Regular travel (including air and weekend/overnight).
- Territory: entire Bay Area and Sacramento (live within region).
Compensation/Benefits:
- Salary: $160,000–$200,000 annually; eligible for sales incentive plan.
- Benefits include comprehensive health insurance, 401(k) with match (up to 6%) plus annual 3.75% defined contribution, and paid time off.
