NeuroCare Sales Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Build rapport and relationships with regional team members, cross-functional partners, and external contacts (HCPs and office staff)
- Provide product demonstrations, physician detailing, and in-servicing
- Consult with physicians, nurses, and medical office staff to promote product and provide product/patient education
- Strategically manage and grow key accounts by tailoring solutions to unique needs; drive differentiation and meet sales targets
- Regularly review/analyze sales data to create territory plans and use promotional budgets
- Address external market challenges and collaborate internally to drive cohesive sales strategies
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive execution and shared objectives
- Maintain required call average (face-to-face with HCPs; top target customers)
- Use problem-solving approaches to improve performance in the assigned region
- Adhere to compliance policies and guidelines
- Achieve sales performance goals and complete administrative duties
Qualifications / Skills:
- Bachelorβs degree required (preferably related)
- Documented B2B sales experience; pharmaceutical sales preferred
- Preferred: experience managing complex healthcare accounts; engaging multiple stakeholders; working with specialty pharmacies/patient support programs/reimbursement/access partners
- Preferred: neurology, psychiatry, pediatric, rare disease, specialty therapeutics/complex disease states
- Preferred: new product launch experience (specialty/complex markets)
- Senior Sales Specialist: 1+ year; Executive Sales Specialist: 7+ years
- Strong written/oral communication; leadership/interpersonal skills
- Ability to interact with HCPs face-to-face/virtual; proficient with technology
- Pass background, motor, and drug screening; valid US driverβs license
Travel: Regular travel, including air and weekend/overnight.
Compensation/Benefits (as stated): $88,000β$160,000 starting salary; eligibility for sales incentive plan; comprehensive health, 401(k) match, paid time off, life/disability, and additional listed benefits.
