Role: NeuroCare Sales Specialist

Essential Areas of Responsibility:
- Build relationships with regional teams, cross-functional partners, and external contacts (HCPs/office staff).
- Provide product demonstrations, physician detailing, and product in-servicing.
- Consult with physicians, nurses, and office staff to promote product and provide product/patient education.
- Manage and grow key accounts by tailoring solutions, using insights to drive differentiation and achieve targets.
- Review/analyze sales data to create territory plans and effectively use promotional budget.
- Address external market challenges and collaborate internally to drive successful sales strategies.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive execution.
- Maintain required call average (face-to-face) with top target customers.
- Use problem-solving to improve performance in assigned region.
- Adhere to compliance policies and guidelines.
- Achieve sales goals/objectives and complete administrative duties.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required (preferably related).
- B2B sales experience; pharmaceutical sales preferred.
- Preferred: complex healthcare account management; stakeholder engagement (CoEs, large academic medical centers, integrated health systems, specialty practices).
- Preferred: experience with specialty pharmacies, patient support/reimbursement/access stakeholders.
- Preferred: neurology/psychiatry/pediatrics/rare disease/specialty therapeutics/complex disease states; new product launch.
- Senior Sales Specialist: min 1 year; Executive Sales Specialist: min 7 years.

Skills/Requirements:
- Proven market accomplishments; strong written/oral communication.
- Ability to interact with HCPs face-to-face/virtual and use technology.
- Leadership/interpersonal skills; reimbursement/managed care/marketing knowledge preferred.
- Pass background, motor, and drug screening; valid US driver’s license.

Travel: Regular travel (may include air and overnight/weekend).

Compensation/Benefits:
- Annual starting salary: $88,000–$160,000.
- Sales incentive plan eligibility.
- Benefits include medical/dental/vision/prescription (first day if enrolled), 401(k) match up to 6% and annual defined contribution, paid time off, and company-paid life/disability.
