NeuroCare Sales Specialist β€” Responsibilities / Essential Duties
- Build rapport and relationships with HCPs and office staff; respond to needs appropriately.
- Provide healthcare product demonstrations, physician detailing, and in-servicing to current and potential customers.
- Consult with physicians, nurses, and medical office staff to promote product and provide product/patient education.
- Strategically manage and grow key accounts by tailoring solutions, driving differentiation, and achieving sales targets.
- Review/analyze sales data to create territory plans and effectively use promotional budget funds.
- Address external market challenges and collaborate internally to execute successful sales strategies.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate expertise and achieve shared objectives.
- Maintain call average (face-to-face with top target HCPs) per sales plan.
- Use problem-solving techniques to improve performance in assigned geography.
- Adhere to all compliance policies and achieve sales and administrative goals.

Qualifications / Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required (preferably related).
- Documented business-to-business sales experience; pharmaceutical sales experience preferred.
- Experience preferred: managing complex accounts and multiple stakeholders; working with specialty pharmacies/patient support/reimbursement/access partners.
- Preferred: neurology/psychiatry/pediatric/rare disease/specialty therapeutics/complex disease states; new product launch.
- Skills: proven accomplishments; strong written/oral communication; interact with HCPs in face-to-face/virtual settings; technology proficiency; leadership/interpersonal skills.
- Preferred: reimbursement/managed care/marketing knowledge; broad therapeutic area experience.
- Must pass background, motor, and drug screening.
- Valid US driver’s license and acceptable driving record.

Travel: Regular travel including air and weekend/overnight.
Salary: $88,000–$160,000 annually; eligible for sales incentive plan.
