ESSENTIAL AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
- Build rapport and relationships by interacting effectively with regional team members, cross-functional partners, and external contacts (HCP and office staff) at all levels.
- Provide healthcare product demonstrations, physician detailing, and product in-servicing.
- Consult with physicians, nurses, and medical office staff to promote product and provide product/patient education.
- Strategically manage and grow key account relationships by tailoring solutions to meet unique needs, driving differentiation and sales targets.
- Review and analyze sales data to create territory plans and utilize promotional budget funds.
- Address external market challenges and collaborate internally to drive cohesive sales strategies.
- Proactively work with cross-functional teams to execute sales strategies and achieve shared objectives.
- Maintain call average per sales plan with face-to-face interactions focused on top target customers.
- Use traditional and nontraditional problem-solving to improve performance in the assigned geography/region.
- Adhere to compliance policies and guidelines.
- Achieve sales performance goals and complete administrative duties for the territory.

Qualifications
- Bachelorโ€™s degree required (preferably related field).
- Documented business-to-business sales experience; pharmaceutical sales experience preferred.
- Preferred: experience managing complex healthcare accounts across large systems/specialty practices; working with specialty pharmacies/patient support programs/reimbursement and access stakeholders.
- Preferred: experience in neurology, psychiatry, pediatrics, rare disease, specialty therapeutics, or other complex disease states.
- Preferred: new product launch experience.
- Senior Sales Specialist: minimum 1 year; Executive Sales Specialist: minimum 7 years.

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities
- Proven accomplishments meeting market objectives; strong written/oral communication.
- Ability to interact with HCPs face-to-face and virtually; proficient with technology.
- Demonstrated leadership/interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of reimbursement/managed care/marketing preferred.
- Must pass background, motor, and drug screening.
- Valid US driverโ€™s license and acceptable driving record required.

Travel Requirements
- Regular travel, including possible air travel and weekend/overnight travel.
