NeuroCare Sales Specialist

Essential Areas Of Responsibility:
- Build rapport and relationships with regional team members, cross-functional partners, and external contacts (HCPs and office staff)
- Provide healthcare product demonstrations, physician detailing, and in-servicing
- Consult with physicians, nurses, and medical office staff to promote product and provide product/patient education
- Strategically manage and grow relationships with key accounts; tailor solutions, differentiate, and achieve sales targets
- Review, analyze sales data to create territory plans and utilize promotional budget funds
- Address external market challenges and collaborate internally to drive cohesive sales strategies
- Work with cross-functional teams to integrate insights and achieve shared objectives
- Maintain call average per sales plan (face-to-face) focusing on top target customers
- Use traditional and nontraditional problem-solving to improve performance in the assigned region
- Adhere to all compliance policies and guidelines
- Achieve sales goals and objectives; complete administrative duties for the territory

Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelorโ€™s degree required (preferably related)
- Documented business-to-business sales experience; pharmaceutical sales preferred
- Preferred: managing complex healthcare accounts with multiple stakeholders; working with specialty pharmacies, patient support, reimbursement/access stakeholders
- Preferred: neurology/psychiatry/pediatric/rare disease/specialty therapeutics or other complex disease states; new product launch experience
- Senior Sales Specialist: 1+ year; Executive Sales Specialist: 7+ years (level commensurate with experience/performance)

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities (required unless noted):
- Proven accomplishments meeting objectives; strong written/oral communication
- Ability to interact with HCPs face-to-face and virtually; proficient with technology
- Leadership and interpersonal skills; reimbursement/managed care/marketing knowledge preferred
- Pass background, motor, and drug screening; valid US driverโ€™s license required

Travel: Regular travel, including possible air, weekend, and overnight travel.
