Job Title: NeuroCare Sales Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Build rapport and relationships with regional team members, cross-functional partners, HCPs, and office staff.
- Provide healthcare product demonstrations, physician detailing, and product in-services.
- Consult with physicians, nurses, and medical office staff to promote product and provide product/patient education.
- Strategically manage and grow key accounts by tailoring solutions to unique needs; drive differentiation and sales targets.
- Review and analyze sales data to create territory plans and effectively use promotional budget funds.
- Address external market challenges while collaborating internally to drive cohesive sales strategies.
- Proactively work with cross-functional teams to integrate insights and achieve shared objectives.
- Maintain required call average with face-to-face interactions focused on top target customers.
- Use traditional and nontraditional problem-solving to improve performance in assigned region.
- Adhere to all compliance policies and guidelines.
- Achieve sales goals, objectives, and complete administrative duties for the territory.
Qualifications:
- Bachelorโs degree (preferred related field).
- Documented business-to-business sales experience; pharmaceutical sales preferred.
- Preferred: experience managing complex healthcare accounts; coordinating multiple stakeholders across specialty/academic/integrated systems.
- Preferred: collaboration with specialty pharmacies, patient support, reimbursement, and access stakeholders.
- Preferred: experience in neurology/psychiatry/pediatric/rare disease/specialty therapeutics or other complex disease states.
- Preferred: new product launch experience in specialty/complex markets.
- Sales Specialist levels: Senior (min 1 year); Executive (min 7 years).
Skills/Abilities:
- Proven accomplishments meeting objectives; strong written/oral communication.
- Ability to interact with HCPs face-to-face and virtually; proficient with technology.
- Demonstrated leadership/interpersonal skills.
- Preferred: knowledge of reimbursement/managed care/marketing.
- Must pass background, motor, and drug screening.
- Valid US driverโs license and acceptable driving record.
Travel: Regular travel including possible air and weekend/overnight travel.
Salary/Benefits:
- Starting salary: $88,000โ$160,000 annually.
- Eligible for sales incentive plan tied to defined sales targets.
