Essential Areas of Responsibility:
- Build relationships with regional team members and external contacts (HCPs and office staff).
- Provide healthcare product demonstrations, physician detailing, and product in-servicing.
- Consult with physicians, nurses, and medical office staff to promote product and provide product/patient education.
- Manage and grow key account relationships to tailor solutions, drive differentiation, and achieve sales targets.
- Review and analyze sales data to create territory plans and utilize promotional budget funds.
- Address external market challenges and collaborate internally to drive successful sales strategies.
- Work with cross-functional teams to execute sales strategies.
- Maintain call average per sales plan with face-to-face HCP interactions focused on top targets.
- Use traditional/nontraditional problem-solving to improve performance.
- Adhere to Teva compliance policies and achieve sales/admin goals.
Your Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred related field).
- Documented business-to-business sales experience; pharmaceutical sales preferred.
- Preferred: managing complex accounts and engaging multiple stakeholders; specialty pharmacy/patient support/reimbursement & access stakeholders; experience in neurology/psychiatry/pediatric/rare disease/specialty therapeutics; new product launch.
- Levels: Senior Sales Specialist (min 1 year); Executive Sales Specialist (min 7 years).
- Skills: strong written/oral communication; HCP interaction (face-to-face/virtual) and tech proficiency; leadership/interpersonal skills; reimbursement/managed care/marketing knowledge preferred.
- Must pass background, motor, and drug screening; valid US driver’s license.
- Regular travel (air and weekend/overnight).
