Essential Areas of Responsibility:
- Build rapport and relationships with regional team members, cross-functional partners, and external contacts (HCP and office staff)
- Provide healthcare product demonstrations, physician detailing, and product in-servicing
- Consult with physicians, nurses, and medical office staff to promote product and provide product/patient education
- Strategically manage and grow key account relationships to achieve sales targets
- Regularly review and analyze sales data to create territory plans and use promotional budget funds
- Address external market challenges and collaborate internally to execute successful sales strategies
- Work with cross-functional teams to integrate insights and achieve shared objectives
- Maintain call average (face-to-face interactions with top target customers)
- Use problem-solving approaches to improve performance in the assigned geography
- Adhere to compliance policies and guidelines
- Achieve sales performance goals and complete administrative duties for the territory

Your Skills and Experience:
- Bachelorโ€™s degree required (preferably related field)
- Documented B2B sales experience; pharmaceutical sales preferred
- Preferred: experience managing complex healthcare accounts and multi-stakeholder engagement
- Preferred: experience with specialty pharmacies, patient support, reimbursement/access stakeholders
- Preferred: neurology/psychiatry/pediatric/rare disease/specialty therapeutics or other complex disease states
- Preferred: new product launch experience in specialty/complex markets
- Skills/Abilities: proven market accomplishments; strong written/oral communication; ability to interact with HCPs in-person/virtual and use technology; leadership/interpersonal skills; reimbursement/managed care/marketing knowledge (preferred); ability to pass background/motor/drug screening
- Valid US driverโ€™s license and acceptable driving record required

Travel:
- Regular travel; may include air travel and weekend/overnight travel
