Responsibilities:
- Build relationships with healthcare providers and internal/external stakeholders (HCPs and office staff) at all levels.
- Provide healthcare product demonstrations, physician detailing, and in-servicing.
- Consult with physicians, nurses, and medical office staff to promote product and provide patient/product education.
- Strategically manage and grow key accounts; tailor solutions to meet unique needs and achieve sales targets.
- Review and analyze sales data to create territory plans and use promotional budget funds.
- Address external market challenges while collaborating internally to execute sales strategies.
- Work with cross-functional teams to integrate insights and achieve shared objectives.
- Maintain call average per sales plan (face-to-face with top target customers).
- Use problem-solving to improve performance in assigned region; adhere to compliance policies.
- Achieve sales goals and complete administrative duties for the territory.

Qualifications/Preferred:
- Bachelorโ€™s degree (preferably related field).
- Documented business-to-business sales experience; pharmaceutical sales preferred.
- Preferred: complex healthcare account management across specialty practices/academic centers/integrated health systems.
- Preferred: experience with specialty pharmacies, patient support, reimbursement/access stakeholders.
- Preferred: neurology/psychiatry/pediatrics/rare disease/specialty therapeutics or other complex disease states.
- Preferred: new product launch experience in specialty/complex disease markets.
- Senior Sales Specialist: 1+ year (minimum). Executive Sales Specialist: 7+ years (minimum).

Skills:
- Proven accomplishments; strong written/oral communication.
- Ability to interact with HCPs face-to-face and virtually; proficient with technology.
- Leadership/interpersonal skills.
- Preferred: knowledge of reimbursement/managed care/marketing.
- Pass background, motor, and drug screening; valid US driverโ€™s license.

Travel: Regular travel, including possible overnight/weekend/air travel.

Salary/Benefits:
- $88,000โ€“$160,000 starting salary (level/geography/skills/education/experience dependent).
- Eligible for sales incentive plan.
