Responsibilities:
- Maximize sales growth and profitability in a defined territory through compliant, ethical solutions.
- Build relationships with HCPs and stakeholders; conduct product demonstrations, physician detailing, and in-servicing.
- Consult with physicians/nurses/office staff to promote product and provide product/patient education.
- Manage and grow key accounts by tailoring solutions; analyze sales data to create territory plans and use promotional budgets.
- Maintain call average per sales plan; address external market challenges and collaborate cross-functionally.
- Take initiative to solve problems to improve regional performance; adhere to compliance policies; achieve sales and administrative objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelorโs degree required (preferably related field).
- Documented B2B sales experience; pharmaceutical sales preferred.
- Preferred: complex healthcare account management across health systems/specialty practices; experience with specialty pharmacies/patient support/reimbursement/access stakeholders.
- Preferred: experience in neurology/psychiatry/pediatric/rare disease/specialty therapeutics; new product launch experience.
- Role level: Senior Sales Specialist (min 1 year); Executive Sales Specialist (min 7 years).
Skills/Other:
- Proven accomplishments; strong written/oral communication.
- Ability to interact with HCPs face-to-face and virtually; proficient with technology.
- Leadership/interpersonal skills; knowledge of reimbursement/managed care/marketing preferred.
- Pass background/motor/drug screening; valid US driverโs license and acceptable driving record.
