NeuroCare Sales Specialist
How You’ll Spend Your Day
Essential areas of responsibility:
- Build rapport and relationships with regional team members, cross-functional partners, and external contacts (HCPs and office staff) at all levels.
- Provide healthcare product demonstrations, physician detailing, and product in-servicing.
- Consult with physicians, nurses, and medical office staff to promote product and provide product/patient education.
- Strategically manage and grow key accounts by tailoring solutions to unique needs to drive differentiation and sales targets.
- Review and analyze sales data to create territory plans and utilize promotional budget funds.
- Address external market challenges and collaborate internally to drive successful sales strategies.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive sales strategy execution.
- Maintain call average per sales plan with face-to-face interactions focused on top target customers.
- Use problem-solving techniques to improve performance in assigned region.
- Adhere to compliance policies and guidelines.
- Achieve sales goals/objectives and complete administrative duties.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required (preferably related field).
- Documented business-to-business sales experience; pharmaceutical sales preferred.
- Preferred: managing complex healthcare accounts; engaging multiple stakeholders (COEs, academic medical centers, integrated health systems, specialty practices).
- Preferred: specialty pharmacy, patient support programs, reimbursement/access stakeholders.
- Preferred: neurology, psychiatry, pediatric, rare disease, specialty therapeutics/complex disease states.
- Preferred: new product launch experience in specialty/complex disease markets.
Skills/Abilities (also good to have)
- Proven accomplishments; strong written/oral communication.
- Ability to interact with HCPs face-to-face/virtual and proficient with technology.
- Leadership/interpersonal skills; knowledge of reimbursement/managed care/marketing preferred.
- Ability to pass background, motor, and drug screening; valid US driver’s license.
Travel: Regular travel, including possible weekend or overnight/air travel.
Benefits/Compensation & Application: Annual starting salary $88,000–$160,000; eligibility for sales incentive plan. Apply via internal career site on Twist.
