NeuroCare Sales Specialist

Essential Areas of Responsibility
- Build rapport/relationships with regional team members, cross-functional partners, and HCPs/office staff; respond to needs
- Provide healthcare product demos, physician detailing, and product in-servicing
- Consult with physicians/nurses/medical staff to promote product and deliver product/patient education
- Strategically manage/grow key accounts by tailoring solutions, driving differentiation, and achieving sales targets
- Review/analyze sales data to create territory plans and effectively use promotional budget funds
- Address external market challenges; collaborate internally to execute cohesive sales strategies
- Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate insights and achieve shared objectives
- Maintain call average per sales plan with face-to-face interactions targeting top customers
- Use problem-solving (traditional/nontraditional) to improve performance in the assigned region
- Adhere to compliance policies and guidelines
- Achieve sales goals, objectives, and complete administrative duties

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required (preferably related field)
- Documented business-to-business sales experience; pharmaceutical sales experience preferred
- Preferred: managing complex healthcare accounts across major systems/centers; engaging multiple stakeholders
- Preferred: specialty pharmacy, patient support programs, reimbursement/access stakeholders
- Preferred: experience in neurology, psychiatry, pediatric, rare disease/specialty therapeutics or complex disease states
- Preferred: new product launch experience (specialty/complex disease markets)
- Senior Sales Specialist: 1+ year; Executive Sales Specialist: 7+ years

Skills/Abilities (Preferred/Required)
- Proven market accomplishments; strong written/oral communication
- Ability to interact with HCPs face-to-face and virtually; proficient with technology
- Leadership/interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of reimbursement/managed care/marketing preferred
- Pass background, motor, and drug screening; valid US driver’s license and acceptable driving record

Travel Requirements
- Regular travel, including air and weekend/overnight

Salary/Incentive
- $88,000–$160,000 starting salary; qualifies for sales incentive plan tied to defined sales targets
