NeuroCare Sales Specialist

Responsibilities:
- Build rapport and relationships with regional team members, cross-functional partners, and external contacts (HCPs and office staff).
- Provide healthcare product demonstrations, physician detailing, and in-services.
- Consult with physicians, nurses, and medical office staff to promote product and provide product/patient education.
- Strategically manage and grow key account relationships; tailor solutions to customer needs to drive differentiation and achieve sales targets.
- Review and analyze sales data to create territory plans and utilize promotional budget.
- Address external market challenges while collaborating internally to drive cohesive sales strategies.
- Work with cross-functional teams to integrate insights and execute sales strategies.
- Maintain required call average (face-to-face interactions with top target healthcare providers).
- Use traditional and nontraditional problem-solving to improve performance in territory.
- Adhere to compliance policies and guidelines.
- Achieve sales performance goals and complete administrative duties.

Qualifications / Requirements:
- Bachelorโ€™s degree required (preferably related field).
- Documented business-to-business sales experience; pharmaceutical sales experience preferred.
- Full-time B2B sales experience: Senior Sales Specialist (min 1 year) or Executive Sales Specialist (min 7 years).

Preferred Skills/Experience:
- Experience managing complex healthcare accounts across Centers of Excellence, academic medical centers, integrated health systems, and specialty practices.
- Experience with specialty pharmacies, patient support, reimbursement, and access stakeholders.
- Background in neurology, psychiatry, pediatric, rare disease, specialty therapeutics/complex disease states.
- New product launch experience in specialty/complex disease markets.
- Proven market accomplishments, strong written/oral communication, ability to engage HCPs face-to-face/virtual, leadership/interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of reimbursement/managed care/marketing; broad therapeutic area experience.
- Pass background, motor, and drug screening; valid US driverโ€™s license with acceptable driving record.

Travel: Regular travel; may include air and weekend/overnight.
