NeuroCare Sales Specialist โ Responsibilities
- Build rapport and relationships with healthcare providers (HCPs), office staff, regional and cross-functional partners.
- Provide healthcare product demonstrations, physician detailing, and in-servicing.
- Consult with physicians/nurses/medical office staff to promote product and provide product/patient education.
- Strategically manage and grow key accounts by tailoring solutions to achieve sales targets.
- Review/analyze sales data to create territory plans and utilize promotional budget.
- Address market challenges and collaborate internally to drive cohesive sales strategies.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to execute territory strategy.
- Maintain required call average (face-to-face HCP interactions with top targets).
- Adhere to compliant/ethical selling practices.
- Achieve sales goals, objectives, and required administrative duties for the territory.
Qualifications
- Bachelorโs degree required (preferably related field).
- Documented B2B sales experience; pharmaceutical sales preferred.
- Preferred: complex healthcare account management; experience across Centers of Excellence/academic medical centers/integrated health systems.
- Preferred: specialty pharmacies, patient support programs, reimbursement/access stakeholders.
- Preferred: neurology, psychiatry, pediatrics, rare disease, specialty therapeutics/complex disease states.
- Preferred: new product launch experience.
- Skills: strong written/oral communication; leadership/interpersonal skills; interact with HCPs face-to-face and virtually; proficient with technology.
- Background/motor/drug screening required; valid US driverโs license and acceptable driving record required.
Travel: Regular travel, including possible air and weekend/overnight.
Role Levels: Senior Sales Specialist (min 1 year); Executive Sales Specialist (min 7 years).
Comp & Benefits (highlights): Starting salary $88,000โ$160,000; eligible for sales incentive plan. Comprehensive health insurance, 401(k) with employer match (up to 6%) plus 3.75% defined contribution, paid time off, and company-paid life/disability; additional listed benefits.
