The NeuroCare Sales Specialist is a strategic, influential sales partner responsible for maximizing sales growth and profitability within a defined territory through compliant, ethical solutions.

How You’ll Spend Your Day (Essential Areas of Responsibility)
- Build rapport and relationships with regional team members, cross-functional partners, and external contacts (HCPs and office staff) at all levels.
- Provide healthcare product demonstrations, physician detailing, and product in-servicing.
- Consult with physicians, nurses, and medical office staff to promote product and provide product/patient education.
- Strategically manage and grow key account relationships by tailoring solutions and leveraging insights to achieve sales targets.
- Review and analyze sales data to create territory plans and utilize promotional budget funds.
- Address external market challenges and collaborate internally to drive successful sales strategies.
- Proactively work with cross-functional teams to integrate insights and execute shared objectives.
- Maintain call average as outlined in the sales plan.
- Use traditional and nontraditional problem-solving to improve performance in the region.
- Adhere to Teva compliance policies and guidelines.
- Achieve sales performance goals and complete required administrative duties.

Qualifications / Skills
- Bachelor’s degree required (preferably related field).
- Documented business-to-business sales experience; pharmaceutical sales preferred.
- Preferred: experience managing complex healthcare accounts and multiple stakeholders; Centers of Excellence/academic medical centers/integrated health systems.
- Preferred: specialty pharmacy, patient support programs, reimbursement/access partners.
- Preferred: neurology, psychiatry, pediatric, rare disease, specialty therapeutics, or other complex disease states; new product launch experience.
- Also good to have: proven market achievements; strong written/oral communication; interact with HCPs in face-to-face/virtual settings and use technology; leadership/interpersonal skills; reimbursement/managed care/marketing knowledge (preferred).
- Ability to pass background, motor, and drug screening; valid US driver’s license.

Travel Requirements
- Regular travel; may include air travel and weekend/overnight travel.

Location / Territory
- Based in or near Riverside, Ontario, or San Bernardino. Territory alignment/coverage discussed in interview; boundaries may change.
