NeuroCare Sales Specialist (role responsibilities)

Essential Areas of Responsibility
- Build rapport and relationships with regional team members, cross-functional partners, and external contacts (HCPs and office staff)
- Provide healthcare product demonstrations, physician detailing, and in-servicing to current and potential customers
- Consult with physicians, nurses, and medical office staff to promote product and provide product/patient education
- Strategically manage and grow key account relationships by tailoring solutions, driving differentiation, and achieving sales targets
- Review and analyze sales data to create territory plans and utilize promotional budget funds
- Address external market challenges while collaborating internally to drive cohesive sales strategies
- Proactively work with cross-functional teams to execute sales strategies and achieve shared objectives
- Maintain call average as outlined in the sales plan (face-to-face with top target HCPs)
- Use problem-solving techniques to improve performance in assigned region
- Adhere to all compliance policies and guidelines
- Achieve sales performance goals, reach objectives, and complete administrative duties

Qualifications / Skills / Experience
- Bachelorโ€™s degree required (preferably related field)
- Documented business-to-business sales experience; pharmaceutical sales preferred
- Preferred: experience managing complex healthcare accounts and multiple stakeholders; working with specialty pharmacies, patient support, reimbursement/access stakeholders
- Preferred: neurology/psychiatry/pediatrics/rare disease/specialty therapeutics; new product launch experience
- Strong written/oral communication; leadership/interpersonal skills; ability to interact with HCPs face-to-face and virtually and use technology
- Preferred: reimbursement/managed care/marketing knowledge; therapeutic area experience
- Must pass background, motor, and drug screening; valid US driverโ€™s license

Travel: Regular travel, including possible air travel and weekend/overnight travel
