Essential Areas of Responsibility:
- Build rapport and relationships with regional team members, cross-functional partners, and external contacts (e.g., HCPs and office staff)
- Provide healthcare product demonstrations, physician detailing, and product in-servicing
- Consult with physicians, nurses, and medical office staff to promote product and provide product/patient education
- Strategically manage and grow relationships with key accounts to drive differentiation and achieve sales targets
- Review and analyze sales data to create territory plans and utilize promotional budget funds
- Address external market challenges and collaborate with internal teams to execute successful sales strategies
- Work with cross-functional teams to integrate insights and achieve shared objectives
- Maintain call average (face-to-face interactions with top target customers)
- Use problem-solving to improve performance in assigned region
- Adhere to all compliance policies and guidelines
- Achieve sales goals/objectives and complete all administrative duties

Qualifications / Requirements:
- Bachelorโ€™s degree required (preferably related field)
- Documented B2B sales experience (pharmaceutical sales experience preferred)
- Senior Sales Specialist: minimum 1 year; Executive Sales Specialist: minimum 7 years
- Proven accomplishments in the market toward established objectives
- Strong written/oral communication; ability to interact with HCPs face-to-face and virtually and use technology
- Leadership/interpersonal skills
- Must pass background, motor, and drug screening
- Valid US driverโ€™s license with acceptable driving record

Preferred:
- Managing complex healthcare accounts and multiple stakeholders (COEs, academic medical centers, integrated systems, specialty practices)
- Specialty pharmacy and patient support/reimbursement/access stakeholder experience
- Neurology/psychiatry/pediatrics/rare disease/specialty therapeutics or complex disease states
- New product launch experience (specialty/complex disease markets)
- Knowledge of reimbursement/managed care/marketing
