NeuroCare Sales Specialist (Territory: Phoenix/Scottsdale/Mesa–Tempe)
Responsibilities (Essential):
- Build relationships with HCPs, office staff, and cross-functional partners.
- Deliver product demonstrations, physician detailing, and product in-servicing.
- Consult with physicians/nurses/medical staff to promote product and provide product/patient education.
- Manage and grow key accounts by tailoring solutions, using industry insights to differentiate and achieve targets.
- Analyze sales data to develop territory plans and utilize promotional budget.
- Address external market challenges; collaborate internally to drive cohesive sales strategy.
- Support cross-functional integration to execute sales strategies.
- Maintain call average per sales plan (face-to-face with top target customers).
- Use problem-solving to improve regional performance.
- Adhere to compliance policies and achieve sales/administrative goals for the territory.
Qualifications/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree required (preferably related field).
- Documented B2B sales experience; pharmaceutical sales experience preferred.
- Preferred: complex healthcare account management; experience across specialty practices/COEs/academic centers/integrated health systems.
- Preferred: specialty pharmacies, patient support programs, reimbursement/access stakeholders.
- Preferred: neurology/psychiatry/pediatrics/rare disease/specialty therapeutics or complex disease states; new product launch experience.
- Senior Sales Specialist: min 1 year. Executive Sales Specialist: min 7 years.
Skills/Other:
- Proven market accomplishments; strong written/oral communication; HCP engagement (face-to-face/virtual) and tech proficiency.
- Leadership/interpersonal skills; reimbursement/managed care knowledge preferred.
- Background/motor/drug screening required; valid US driver’s license.
- Regular travel (may include overnight/weekends).
Compensation/Benefits (as stated):
- Starting salary: $88,000–$160,000; eligible for sales incentive plan.
- Health, retirement (401k match + defined contribution), paid time off, and life/disability coverage; additional benefits listed.
