NeuroCare Sales Specialist โ Role Responsibilities
- Build rapport and relationships with healthcare providers (HCPs) and internal/external stakeholders; respond to needs appropriately.
- Provide healthcare product demonstrations, physician detailing, and product in-services.
- Consult with physicians, nurses, and medical office staff to promote products and provide product/patient education.
- Strategically manage and grow key accounts by tailoring solutions, using industry insights to drive differentiation, and achieving sales targets.
- Review and analyze sales data to create territory plans and effectively use promotional budget funds.
- Maintain competitiveness by addressing market challenges and collaborating internally to execute cohesive sales strategies.
- Proactively partner with cross-functional teams to integrate expertise and achieve shared objectives.
- Maintain required call average via face-to-face interactions with top target customers.
- Use problem-solving techniques to improve performance in the assigned region.
- Adhere to all compliance policies and guidelines.
- Achieve sales goals, reach objectives, and complete administrative duties for the territory.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelorโs degree required (preferably related field).
- Documented business-to-business sales experience; pharmaceutical sales experience preferred.
- Senior Sales Specialist: minimum 1 year; Executive Sales Specialist: minimum 7 years.
Preferred Skills/Experience
- Experience managing complex healthcare accounts and multiple stakeholders across major care settings.
- Experience with specialty pharmacies, patient support/reimbursement/access stakeholders.
- Experience in neurology, psychiatry, pediatric, rare disease, specialty therapeutics, or complex disease states.
- New product launch experience.
- Proven accomplishments in the market; strong written/oral communication; HCP interaction (in-person/virtual) and technology proficiency; leadership/interpersonal skills; knowledge of reimbursement/managed care/marketing.
- Ability to pass background, motor, and drug screening; valid US driverโs license with acceptable driving record.
Travel: Regular travel, including possible air and weekend/overnight travel.
