NeuroCare Sales Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Maximize sales growth and profitability within a defined territory through compliant, ethical solutions.
- Build rapport with healthcare providers and office staff; tailor solutions to key accounts to achieve sales targets.
- Conduct product demonstrations, physician detailing, and product/in-patient education.
- Consult with physicians, nurses, and medical office staff to promote product and provide product/patient education.
- Review and analyze sales data to create territory plans and utilize promotional budget.
- Maintain call average (face-to-face) with top target customers; collaborate with internal cross-functional teams.
- Adhere to all compliance policies/guidelines; achieve sales performance goals and complete required administrative duties.
Qualifications:
- Bachelorβs degree required (preferably related field).
- Documented business-to-business sales experience; pharmaceutical sales experience preferred.
- Preferred: managing complex healthcare accounts across major care settings; collaborating with specialty pharmacies, patient support, reimbursement/access partners.
- Preferred: experience in neurology/psychiatry/pediatrics/rare disease/specialty therapeutics/complex disease states.
- Preferred: new product launch experience (specialty/complex disease markets).
- Senior Sales Specialist: 1+ year. Executive Sales Specialist: 7+ years.
Skills/Requirements:
- Proven market accomplishments; strong written/oral communication; HCP interactions (face-to-face/virtual) and tech proficiency.
- Leadership/interpersonal skills; reimbursement/managed care/marketing knowledge preferred.
- Pass background, motor, and drug screening; valid US driverβs license.
Travel: Regular travel, including overnight/weekend.
Comp/Benefits: Starting salary $88,000β$160,000; qualifies for sales incentive plan. Benefits include health insurance, 401(k) match, paid time off, life/disability, and additional listed programs.
