NeuroCare Sales Specialist (territory-based)

Responsibilities:
- Build rapport and relationships with HCPs and office staff; respond to their needs appropriately.
- Provide healthcare product demonstrations, physician detailing, and product in-servicing.
- Consult with physicians, nurses, and medical office staff to promote product and provide product/patient education.
- Strategically manage and grow key account relationships; tailor solutions to meet unique needs, drive differentiation, and achieve sales targets.
- Review and analyze sales data to create territory plans and utilize promotional budget funds.
- Address external market challenges and collaborate internally to execute successful sales strategies.
- Work with cross-functional teams to integrate expertise and achieve shared objectives.
- Maintain call average per the sales plan (face-to-face interactions focused on top target customers).
- Use creative problem-solving to improve performance in the assigned region.
- Adhere to all compliance policies and guidelines.
- Achieve sales goals/objectives and complete required administrative duties.

Qualifications:
- Bachelorโ€™s degree required (preferably related field).
- Documented business-to-business sales experience; pharmaceutical sales preferred.
- Preferred: experience managing complex healthcare accounts and multiple stakeholders across large academic centers/integrated health systems/specialty practices.
- Preferred: specialty pharmacy, patient support programs, reimbursement/access stakeholder experience.
- Preferred: neurology, psychiatry, pediatric, rare disease, specialty therapeutics/complex disease states.
- Preferred: new product launch experience.

Skills/Abilities:
- Proven market accomplishments; strong written/oral communication.
- Ability to engage HCPs face-to-face and virtually; proficient with technology.
- Leadership and interpersonal skills; reimbursement/managed care/marketing knowledge preferred.
- Pass background, motor, and drug screening; valid US driverโ€™s license and acceptable driving record.

Travel: Regular travel (may include air and weekend/overnight).
