Essential Areas Of Responsibility
- Build rapport and relationships with HCPs, office staff, and cross-functional partners; respond appropriately to their needs.
- Provide healthcare product demonstrations, physician detailing, and product in-servicing.
- Consult with physicians/nurses/medical office staff to promote product and provide product/patient education.
- Strategically manage and grow key accounts by tailoring solutions, using industry insights to drive differentiation and sales targets.
- Review/analyze sales data to create territory plans and utilize promotional budget funds.
- Address external market challenges and collaborate internally to drive successful sales strategies.
- Work with cross-functional teams to execute sales strategies and achieve shared objectives.
- Maintain call average per sales plan with face-to-face interactions focused on top targets.
- Use problem-solving to improve performance in the assigned region; adhere to compliance policies.
- Achieve sales goals, objectives, and required administrative duties.

Your Skills And Experience
- Bachelorโ€™s degree required (preferably related).
- Documented B2B sales experience; pharmaceutical sales preferred.
- Preferred: managing complex accounts across specialty/academic/integrated systems; coordinating with specialty pharmacies and patient support/reimbursement/access stakeholders.
- Preferred: neurology/psychiatry/pediatrics/rare disease/specialty therapeutics or complex disease states; new product launch experience.
- Senior Sales Specialist: 1+ year. Executive Sales Specialist: 7+ years.

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities
- Proven market performance; strong written/oral communication.
- Ability to engage HCPs face-to-face and virtually; proficient with technology.
- Leadership/interpersonal skills; reimbursement/managed care knowledge preferred.
- Pass background, motor, and drug screening; valid US driverโ€™s license.

Travel
- Regular travel, including possible air and weekend/overnight.
