The NeuroCare Sales Specialist is a strategic, influential sales partner responsible for maximizing sales growth and profitability within a defined territory through compliant, ethical solutions.

How Youโ€™ll Spend Your Day
Essential Areas of Responsibility:
- Build rapport and relationships with regional team members, cross-functional partners, and external contacts (HCP and office staff)
- Provide product demonstrations, physician detailing, and in-servicing
- Consult with physicians, nurses, and medical office staff to promote product and provide product/patient education
- Strategically manage and grow key account relationships to meet sales targets
- Review/analyze sales data to create territory plans and utilize promotional budget funds
- Address external market challenges and support cohesive internal sales strategies
- Partner with cross-functional teams to execute sales strategies
- Maintain call average per sales plan (face-to-face with HCPs, focusing on top target customers)
- Use problem-solving to improve performance in assigned region
- Adhere to all Teva compliance policies and guidelines
- Achieve sales goals, reach objectives, and complete administrative duties

Your Skills and Experience
Qualifications/Experience:
- Bachelorโ€™s degree required (preferably related)
- Documented B2B sales experience; pharmaceutical sales preferred
- Preferred: complex healthcare account management; specialty pharmacies/patient support/reimbursement/access stakeholders
- Preferred: experience in neurology, psychiatry, pediatric, rare disease, specialty therapeutics or complex disease states
- Preferred: new product launch experience
- Levels: Senior Sales Specialist (min 1 year); Executive Sales Specialist (min 7 years)

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities:
- Proven accomplishments in the specific market
- Strong written/oral communication
- Ability to interact with HCPs face-to-face and virtually; proficient with technology
- Leadership/interpersonal skills
- Preferred: reimbursement/managed care/marketing knowledge
- Ability to pass background, motor, and drug screening; valid US driverโ€™s license

Travel Requirements:
- Regular travel; may include air travel and weekend/overnight travel
