Essential Areas Of Responsibility
- Build rapport and relationships with regional team members, cross-functional partners, and external contacts (e.g., HCPs and office staff) at all levels.
- Provide product demonstrations, physician detailing, and in-servicing to current and potential customers.
- Consult with physicians, nurses, and medical office staff to promote product and provide product/patient education.
- Strategically manage and grow key account relationships by tailoring solutions, using industry insights to drive differentiation and meet sales targets.
- Review and analyze sales data to create territory plans and utilize promotional budget funds.
- Maintain a competitive edge by addressing external market challenges and collaborating internally on cohesive sales strategies.
- Proactively work with cross-functional teams to integrate expertise and execute shared objectives.
- Maintain call average per the sales plan with face-to-face HCP interactions focused on top target customers.
- Use problem-solving to improve performance in the assigned region.
- Adhere to compliance policies and guidelines.
- Achieve sales goals, objectives, and complete administrative duties.

Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelorโ€™s degree required (preferably related field).
- Documented business-to-business sales experience; pharmaceutical sales preferred.
- Preferred: managing complex healthcare accounts with multiple stakeholders; specialty pharmacy/patient support/reimbursement/access collaboration.
- Preferred: neurology/psychiatry/pediatric/rare disease/specialty therapeutics or other complex disease states.
- Preferred: new product launch experience.
- Skills: proven achievements in the market; strong written/oral communication; interact with HCPs face-to-face and virtually; leadership/interpersonal skills.
- Preferred: reimbursement/managed care/marketing knowledge.
- Must pass background, motor, and drug screening.
- Valid US driverโ€™s license and acceptable driving record.

Travel Requirements
- Regular travel, including air and weekend/overnight travel.

Compensation & Incentives
- Starting salary: $88,000โ€“$160,000 annually (role/level dependent).
- Eligible for participation in company sales incentive plan.
