Our Team, Your Impact
The NeuroCare Sales Specialist is responsible for maximizing sales growth and profitability within a defined territory through compliant, ethical solutions, including helping launch a potential first-in-class Tourette Syndrome treatment and establishing Teva’s presence in a new therapeutic market.

How You’ll Spend Your Day
Essential areas of responsibility:
- Build rapport and relationships with HCPs and office staff
- Provide healthcare product demonstrations, physician detailing, and product in-servicing
- Consult with physicians, nurses, and medical office staff to promote product and provide product/patient education
- Strategically manage and grow key account relationships to achieve sales targets
- Review/analyze sales data to create territory plans and utilize promotional budget funds
- Address market challenges and coordinate with internal teams to execute sales strategies
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive execution
- Maintain call average as outlined in the sales plan (face-to-face with top target customers)
- Use problem-solving techniques to improve performance in the assigned region
- Adhere to compliance policies and guidelines
- Achieve sales goals and complete required administrative duties

Your Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree required (prefer related field)
- Documented business-to-business sales experience; pharmaceutical sales preferred
- Preferred: complex account management; stakeholder engagement (COEs, academic medical centers, integrated health systems)
- Preferred: specialty pharmacy/patient support/reimbursement/access partner collaboration
- Preferred: neurology/psychiatry/pediatrics/rare disease/specialty therapeutics experience; new product launch experience

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities:
- Proven accomplishments in market; strong written/oral communication
- Ability to interact with HCPs face-to-face and virtually; proficient with technology
- Leadership/interpersonal skills
- Preferred: reimbursement/managed care/marketing knowledge; therapeutic area experience
- Pass background, motor, and drug screening
- Valid US driver’s license

Travel: Regular travel (may include air and weekend/overnight)
