Essential Areas Of Responsibility:
- Build rapport and relationships with regional team members, cross-functional partners, and external contacts (HCPs and office staff).
- Provide healthcare product demonstrations, physician detailing, and product in-servicing to current and potential customers.
- Consult with physicians, nurses, and medical office staff to promote product and provide product/patient education.
- Strategically manage and grow key account relationships; tailor solutions to customer needs to drive differentiation and achieve sales targets.
- Review and analyze sales data to create effective territory plans and utilize promotional budget funds.
- Address external market challenges while collaborating internally to drive cohesive sales strategies.
- Proactively work with cross-functional teams to integrate insights and achieve shared objectives.
- Maintain required call average with face-to-face interactions focused on top target customers.
- Use traditional and nontraditional problem-solving to improve performance in assigned region.
- Adhere to compliance policies and guidelines.
- Achieve sales performance goals, reach objectives, and complete all administrative duties for the territory.

Your Skills And Experience:
- Bachelorโ€™s degree required (preferably related).
- Documented business-to-business sales experience; pharmaceutical sales preferred.
- Preferred: complex healthcare account management; experience with specialty pharmacies, patient support/reimbursement/access stakeholders.
- Preferred: neurology, psychiatry, pediatric, rare disease, specialty therapeutics/complex disease states.
- Preferred: new product launch experience.
- Senior Sales Specialist: minimum 1 year; Executive Sales Specialist: minimum 7 years.

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities:
- Proven market achievements; strong written/oral communication.
- Ability to engage HCPs face-to-face and virtually; proficient with technology.
- Leadership/interpersonal skills; reimbursement/managed care/marketing knowledge preferred.
- Must pass background, motor, and drug screening; valid US driverโ€™s license required.

Travel: Regular travel, including air travel and weekend/overnight travel.
