NeuroCare Sales Specialist β€” Responsibilities/Essential Areas:
- Build rapport and relationships with regional team members, cross-functional partners, and external contacts (HCPs and office staff).
- Provide healthcare product demonstrations, physician detailing, and product in-servicing.
- Consult with physicians, nurses, and medical office staff to promote product and provide product/patient education.
- Strategically manage and grow relationships with key accounts by tailoring solutions, driving product differentiation, and achieving sales targets.
- Review/analyze sales data to create territory plans and utilize promotional budget funds.
- Address external market challenges while collaborating with internal teams to execute sales strategies.
- Partner cross-functionally to integrate insights and achieve shared objectives.
- Maintain required call average (face-to-face) with HCPs focused on top target customers.
- Use problem-solving approaches to improve performance in the assigned region/territory.
- Adhere to all compliance policies and guidelines.
- Achieve sales performance goals, reach objectives, and complete administrative duties for the territory.

Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required (preferably related field).
- Documented B2B sales experience; pharmaceutical sales experience preferred.
- Preferred: complex healthcare account management; experience with specialty pharmacies, patient support/reimbursement/access stakeholders; neurology/psychiatry/pediatric/rare disease/specialty therapeutics; new product launch experience.
- Skills: proven market accomplishments; strong written/oral communication; ability to interact with HCPs face-to-face and virtually and be proficient with technology; leadership/interpersonal skills; reimbursement/managed care/marketing knowledge preferred.
- Must pass background, motor, and drug screening.
- Valid US driver’s license and acceptable driving record.

Travel: Regular travel, including possible air travel and weekend/overnight travel.

Compensation: $88,000–$160,000 starting salary; may qualify for company sales incentive plan.
