Job Title: NeuroCare Sales Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Build rapport and relationships with regional team members, cross-functional partners, and external contacts (HCPs and office staff).
- Provide healthcare product demonstrations, physician detailing, and product in-servicing to current and potential customers.
- Consult with physicians, nurses, and medical office staff to promote product and provide product/patient education.
- Strategically manage and grow key account relationships by tailoring solutions to customer needs to drive differentiation and achieve sales targets.
- Review and analyze sales data to create territory plans and use promotional budget funds.
- Address external market challenges and collaborate internally to drive cohesive sales strategies.
- Work with cross-functional teams to integrate insights and execute shared sales objectives.
- Maintain required call average with face-to-face interactions focused on top target customers.
- Use problem-solving techniques to improve performance within the assigned geography/region.
- Adhere to compliance policies and guidelines.
- Achieve sales performance goals and complete required administrative duties.
Qualifications:
- Bachelorβs degree (preferably in a related field).
- Documented business-to-business sales experience; pharmaceutical sales preferred.
- Preferred: experience managing complex healthcare accounts and multiple stakeholders (e.g., academic medical centers, integrated health systems).
- Preferred: experience with specialty pharmacies, patient support programs, reimbursement/access stakeholders.
- Preferred: neurology, psychiatry, pediatric, rare disease, specialty therapeutics, or other complex disease states.
- Preferred: new product launch experience in specialty/complex markets.
- Senior level: 1+ year; Executive level: 7+ years.
Skills/Abilities (Preferred/Required):
- Proven accomplishments meeting objectives.
- Strong written/oral communication.
- Ability to interact with HCPs in face-to-face and virtual settings; proficient with technology.
- Leadership/interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of reimbursement/managed care/marketing preferred.
- Pass background, motor, and drug screening; valid US driverβs license.
Travel: Regular travel, including potential weekend or overnight travel.
Salary & Incentive:
- $88,000β$160,000 starting salary (plus eligibility for sales incentive plan).
