Essential Areas of Responsibility
- Build rapport and relationships with regional team members, cross-functional partners, and external contacts (e.g., HCPs and office staff).
- Provide healthcare product demonstrations, physician detailing, and product in-servicing.
- Consult with physicians, nurses, and medical office staff to promote product and provide product/patient education.
- Strategically manage and grow key account relationships; tailor solutions to achieve sales targets.
- Review and analyze sales data to create territory plans and effectively use promotional budget funds.
- Address external market challenges and collaborate internally to drive cohesive sales strategies.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure cohesive execution and shared objectives.
- Maintain call average per sales plan via face-to-face interactions with top target customers.
- Use problem-solving to improve performance in assigned region.
- Adhere to all company compliance policies and guidelines.
- Achieve sales goals and complete required administrative duties.

Qualifications
- Bachelorโ€™s degree (preferred in related field).
- Documented business-to-business sales experience; pharmaceutical sales preferred.
- Preferred: managing complex healthcare accounts; collaborating with specialty pharmacies, patient support/reimbursement/access stakeholders.
- Preferred: neurology/psychiatry/pediatrics/rare disease/specialty therapeutics; new product launch experience.

Skills/Abilities
- Proven accomplishments; strong written/oral communication.
- Ability to interact with HCPs face-to-face and virtually; proficient with technology.
- Leadership/interpersonal skills; knowledge of reimbursement/managed care/marketing (preferred).
- Pass background, motor, and drug screening; valid US driverโ€™s license.

Travel: Regular travel (may include air and weekend/overnight).
