NeuroCare Sales Specialist (Los Angeles/Burbank/Glendale/Pasadena area)

Responsibilities:
- Build rapport and relationships with regional team members, cross-functional partners, and external contacts (HCPs and office staff)
- Provide healthcare product demonstrations, physician detailing, and product in-servicing
- Consult with physicians, nurses, and medical office staff to promote product and provide product/patient education
- Strategically manage and grow key account relationships to achieve sales targets
- Review, analyze sales data to create territory plans and utilize promotional budget funds
- Address external market challenges and collaborate internally to drive cohesive sales strategies
- Work with cross-functional teams to integrate expertise and execute sales strategies
- Maintain call average per sales plan with face-to-face interactions focused on top target customers
- Adhere to Teva compliance policies and guidelines
- Achieve sales performance goals and complete administrative duties for the territory

Qualifications:
- Bachelorโ€™s degree required (preferably related field)
- Documented business-to-business sales experience; pharmaceutical sales preferred
- Preferred: experience with complex healthcare accounts and multiple stakeholders; specialty pharmacies/patient support/reimbursement/access stakeholders
- Preferred: experience in neurology/psychiatry/pediatrics/rare disease/specialty therapeutics or other complex disease states
- Preferred: new product launch experience in specialty/complex disease markets
- Senior Sales Specialist: minimum 1 year; Executive Sales Specialist: minimum 7 years

Skills/Abilities:
- Proven accomplishments in the market; strong written/oral communication
- Ability to interact with HCPs face-to-face and virtually; proficient with technology
- Demonstrated leadership/interpersonal skills
- Ability to pass background, motor, and drug screening; valid US driverโ€™s license

Travel: Regular travel, including air and weekend/overnight.

Compensation/Benefits (if mentioned): Starting salary $88,000โ€“$160,000 annually; participation in sales incentive plan; comprehensive health, 401(k), paid time off, life/disability insurance, and additional benefits.
